ANN ARBOR, MI – The new year is here and it brings with it good resolutions and a plethora of resolutions. For adventurous eaters or climate conscious, this may include Veganuary.

Veganuary is a challenge to go vegan for the month of January to try the lifestyle without a long-term commitment. However, new vegans may be at a loss as to where to eat at places without animal products.

For something a little sweeter, Cinnaholic offers a vegan cinnamon roll menu. The bakery serves “build your own” cinnamon rolls with options like peanut butter or coffee frosting and brownie bites and cookie dough for toppings.
