Alleged audio call from PTI attorney Usman Dar emerges

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The recording of an alleged audio conversation between Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Usman Dar and his alleged frontman Javed Ali’s lawyer, Tahir Sultan, with his friend Arif Bhatii has surfaced.
According to details, Tahir Sultan can be heard discussing ousted Prime Minister Imran Khan’s video liaison speech, flanked by Usman Dar and his frontman Javed Ali. In the speech, the PTI chief claimed Javed Ali was kidnapped and tortured in order to make false statements against Usman Dar.
In the alleged audio file, lawyer Tahir Sultan, who mocked Javed Ali’s press conference, said: “Javed told me that he was not tortured, but in the press his claims were the opposite of what he had discussed with me. “
Earlier, Imran Khan said in a press that after the fall of the PTI government, people will be forced to make false statements. “Attempts have been made to file fake cases and corruption cases and run tapes to blackmail us.”
He said that the citizen concerned, namely Javed Ali, will tell his story himself. He added Usman Dar made it possible for Javed Ali to get a job as a warden – a fourth-rate government post.
Javed Ali said he works as a guard in the education department and was summoned by phone call. “Four police officers came in and took me to an unknown location after covering my face with a sheet. Some unknown men had also come there.”
“I was brutally tortured and hung upside down. I was asked how much money you are paying Usman Dar [to get this job]. After I refused, they tortured me again. I was stripped naked and filmed. They threatened to film and post my family’s videos on social media as well.”
Ali added that he was forced to take a statement against Usman Dar because he received bribes from contractors. He said his wife was also taken to the next room and blackmailed.
