The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) has identified eight core competencies as a measure of career readiness:

It helps us learn about the achievements of our graduates and ensure we are providing the best possible education aligned with our students’ goals. What is the post-completion survey?

For each graduating class, Montclair State University conducts the Postgraduate Survey to gather feedback on the students’ experiences while studying at Montclair State as well as their postgraduate plans. Students pursuing bachelor’s, master’s degrees, as well as certificates and certification graduates will receive the survey approximately six weeks before graduation!

Opportunities for micro internships

If you’re struggling to find time in your schedule for a traditional internship, it’s time to look at micro internship projects! Create your profile in less than 10 minutes and apply today; You don’t need a CV to create your profile! Remember that you must also apply for each micro-internship in order to be considered for the opportunity.

What are micro internships?

Micro internships are short-term, flexible, real-world, PAID job assignments similar to those given to new hires or interns. These projects allow you to demonstrate skills, explore career paths and build your network while finding the right full-time job. These project-centric experiences are perfect for students with hectic or irregular schedules, as most can be completed remotely. Micro internships typically range from 10 to 40 hours of work and are time-controlled as opposed to specific hours.
