It seems Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade and his wife/Hollywood actress Gabrielle Union-Wade aren’t done killing. On February 25, Wade and Union received the President’s Award for activism. Following their powerful speech in support of the LGBTQ+ community, both Wade and Union received a variety of positive reactions from fans. It’s been just a few days since the couple attended the NAACP Image Awards and looked absolutely stunning, and they’re all ready to stun fans again.
Aside from their stunning outfits, Union and Wade managed to grab attention with their moving speech. The couple dedicated their awards to Wade’s 15-year-old daughter, Zaya Wade, who came out as transgender in 2020. The high-profile affair involved several influential figures from their respective fields who made an impact in changing society for the better.

The Wades recently performed at the 38th Annual Film Independent Spirit Awards held on March 4th in Los Angeles. Hours before Wade and Union walked the red carpet together, they posed for a photoshoot that had fans gaga. Union uploaded a series of pictures to her Instagram profile with the caption which read: “I’m letting the spirit use me tonight! #IndieSpiritAwards’. Wade also posted a photo to Insta Stories with his wife, with the words “Expensive Saturday” written above the image.
Union looked pretty stunning in a purple Gucci blazer that was sequined all over. She wore a matching skirt with a thigh-high slit and styled her shoulder-length hair in a center parting. Union completed the look with a diamond necklace by Mouawad and black heels. Wade, on the other hand, wore a gray pinstriped Gucci suit over a white turtleneck shirt. The 13-time NBA All-Star completed his look with a gold Cartier watch and black shoes.
