Guests visit Disneyland resort can use a new service that is currently being tested at selected locations, where guests can order selected goods on the go.
What’s happening:
- Disneyland Resort guests now have the opportunity to try a new service where they can purchase goods now and pick them up later at select locations.
- Guests can now use the Disneyland app to order select merchandise at the parks and in-parks mobile Downtown Disney District and pick it up at one of these three locations:
- “Left of City Hall” on Main Street USA in Disneyland Park
- Elias & Co. at Disney California Adventure
- World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District
- Some examples of goods that can be ordered are:
- Disneyland Castle Playsets
- Choose from board games like Disney Parks LIFE, Disney Parks UNO, select Christmas ornaments and homeware, and even legacy lightsabers for Luke Skywalker, Mace Windu, and Darth Vader.

- To use the Service, Disneyland Resort guests must:
- Select a pickup location and pick-up arrival time slot. Both a valid park entry and park reservation for the same day and same park are required for park entry to collect their order from a park location.
- From there, guests can browse and select the merchandise list and add the items they wish to purchase to their shopping cart.
- After verifying their information, they can pay for their order using a Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards redemption card, Apple Pay, or a saved payment method.
- Then, guests will receive a notification from the Disneyland app when their order is ready. Once they reach their arrival time, they tap the Prepare Order button on the app.
- Mobile ordering is available for select items at participating locations and is currently in a trial for a limited time only.
- Discounts are granted through the app (requires a Disney account) for eligible:
- Disney Visa Card holders
- Disneyland Resort Magical Key Holder
- Disney Vacation Club members
- If a guest is a Disneyland Resort Magic Key holder and/or Disney Vacation Club member, the discount will automatically apply to your total. Just make sure your pass or membership is linked to your Disney Account.
- To receive a Disney Visa Card member discount, guests must pay with their Disney Visa Card and/or Disney Rewards redemption card to qualify for the discount.
- If you return an item purchased through the Mobile Order service, it is subject to Disneyland Resort’s standard policies and procedures.
- If guests do not collect their order for goods at the selected pickup location before the location closes at the end of the day they placed the order, the order will be refunded.
- Please note that Mobile Merchandise orders, offers and availability are subject to restrictions and may be changed or canceled without notice. Disney reserves the right to cancel purchases and issue appropriate refunds at any time for any reason.
