Iselin, NJ, Feb. 27, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — World Insurance Associates LLC (World), a top 50 insurance brokerage firm, announced today that it has acquired the business of Esten & Richard Agency, Inc. (“Esten & Richard”) has taken over. ) of Woonsocket, RI on December 31, 2022. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Esten & Richard has been helping clients with their insurance needs for over 70 years. They offer all types of business and personal insurance programs.
