The Northeastern California Connect Broadband Consortia and Upstate California Connect Broadband Consortia (representing Lassen, Butte, Tehama, Shasta, Modoc, Plumas and Siskiyou, Glenn, Lake and Colusa counties) are working to raise awareness of the Affordable Connectivity Program, a Federal Communications, sharpen commission program.
