OnePlus is gearing up to launch its next numbered model, the OnePlus 11, sometime early next year.

As we near 2023, the device has now become the subject of rumors and leaks.

According to the latest tip from Max Jambor (@MaxJmb), the device will be available in Glossy Green and Matte Black color options.

Here’s everything we know about the smartphone.

Why is this story important?

  • The OnePlus 11 is being tipped to get major improvements based on rumours, hints and confirmations.
  • Compared to the recently introduced 10T, customers should see the return of the Hasselbladbranded camera arrangement, iconic alert slider, wireless charging and more.
  • Additionally, the OnePlus 11 will be the brand’s first offering to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

The device gets a QHD+ AMOLED screen

OnePlus 11 will reportedly get a left-aligned punch-hole cutout, under-display fingerprint scanner, thin bezels, curved display, and metal frame. It may be equipped with a rear view camera developed by Hasselblad.

Corresponding Digital chat station (DCS) the device gets an AMOLED panel with QHD+ (1440 x 3216 pixels) and a ceramic case.

The fresh tip from Max Jambor (@MaxJmb) proposes the color variants Matte Black and Glossy Green.

It will feature a 50MP main camera with OIS

The OnePlus 11’s rear camera setup includes a 50MP (OIS) IMX890 main snapper, a 48MP IMX581 ultra-wide lens and a 32MP (OIS) IMX709 telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom. In front it will have a single camera for selfies.

The handset can hold up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM

The OnePlus 11 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the brand has officially confirmed.

Corresponding DCSthe device can be equipped with up to 16 GB LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

The phone is said to boot Android 13-based OxygenOS. It would likely pack a 5,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging.

Connectivity options may include Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3.

OnePlus may ditch the “Pro” nickname

Pricing and availability details of the OnePlus 11 will be announced at the time of its launch.

The device is expected to be launched in China in January 2023. It will be available in two color options.

OnePlus is reportedly planning to drop the “Pro” nickname from its numbered series. So the OnePlus 11 will likely carry all the high-end specs.
