By selecting Guidewire Cloud, Heritage will also leverage Cloud Data Access (CDA) to securely access raw, uncurated InsuranceSuite data with full change history. The company will make CDA the foundation for streaming Guidewire Cloud data in near real-time into its robust enterprise data warehouse. Additionally, Canvas, Compare, Explore, HazardHub and Predict will help Heritage make every insurance decision smarter by leveraging curated information from a range of high-quality data sources, embedding information into core processes and continuously learning by monitoring business impact. Heritage will also power EnterpriseEngage to provide a seamless omnichannel digital experience for its agents, customer service representatives, policyholders and providers.
