You will learn the Summoning Charm and Evanesco during the main story quest “The Room of Requirement” and the Alteration Charm during the following side quest “Interior Decoration”.
Summoning Spell – Allows you to place items in the Room of Requirement. Alteration Spell – Changes an item’s appearance or alignment when cast in the Room of Requirement. The Alteration Spell can also be applied to anything from ceiling to floor. Evanesco – Removes items from the Room of Requirement while returning some Moonstone
To use the spells, press “T” (on PC) or right on the D-Pad (on consoles) and equip them on your hotbar. These spells can only be used in the Room of Requirement, so make sure you turn them off when you exit.
How to expand the Room of Requirement in Hogwarts Legacy?
Without the Vivarium Extensions, the Room of Requirement can be expanded twice, giving you more space to place stations, furniture and decorations. You can customize the look of the room by changing the look of the ceiling, walls, and floor. To do this, you must complete two quests:
After completing the Interior Decoration quest, another section of the Room of Requirement will open. After completing the main story quest The Final Repository, the room from the Interior Decorating quest gets even bigger. This is how you unlock more decorations for your Room of Requirement
