Sending a WhatsApp is usually the quickest way to contact our family or friends, but when it comes to something specific (a real estate agent’s number, new clients, strangers, etc.), it’s quite awkward that WhatsApp forces us to add it the phone number on our schedule.
However, there is a very simple way to send messages without adding the contact, whether we use iOS or Android. Next, we are going to show you an easy and free method that you can use in a few minutes to send a message to contacts that you do not have in the phone book, without having to save them in them first.
How to send WhatsApp messages without adding contacts
As we have said a few paragraphs above, performing this action is quite simple and it works in the same way whether our phone is an Android or an iPhone. In addition, it is free from bans because we will not use any third-party applications.
The first thing we have to do is copy this address “https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=XXXXXXXXXXX” into our browser. Instead of the X, we write the number of the person we want to contact, preceded by the country code and without the + symbol. For example, if the number is from Spain and the phone is 666666666, the link would look like this: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=34666666666.

It is important that when you open the link we provide from another app that you click “Open in Chrome” (or whatever browser you are using) so that it opens in the browser and not in the WhatsApp application itself.
Next we paste the copied link in our phone’s browser and we will automatically send ourselves a message asking for authorization to send a WhatsApp message to this phone or asking if we want to open the WhatsApp app. As soon as we accept, a new chat for this number will open directly in the application itself.
