People often go crazy over their financial decisions when they get the money. If the bag is as big as $600 million, no one will give a damn about spending $1,000 a month, even on insurance. However, that rule doesn’t apply to NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. From growing up with little to no money to becoming one of the wealthiest sports icons in the world.
Shaq has always been wise with his money as he values even the smallest expenses. The Big Man recently explained why he refuses to pay $1,000 for insurance, even though that sum is peanuts to him. Shaq used his mother’s example to highlight the issue of unnecessary spending.
