Indigo Insurance launches Liberate Digital FNOL

PALO ALTO, Calif., June 7, 2023–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Indigo Insurance has gone live with Liberate Innovations Inc.’s (Liberate) low-code SaaS platform, automating the workflow for initial loss reporting at the car insurance.

FNOL digital automation is a top priority for Indigo. The technology-driven, customer-centric property and casualty insurer was looking for an experienced partner that could quickly and easily roll out a digital, self-service FNOL, eliminating the need for email and data entry by seamlessly populating its core system with FNOL data. They also needed a team that could manage the implementation for them without overwhelming their limited IT resources.
