flip kart | iPhone13: E-commerce site Flipkart, which has come under fire for some canceled iPhone 13 orders, said Monday that a small number of orders for the device were canceled by sellers “due to anomalies.” Less than 3% of orders have been canceled by sellers due to “anomalies”. After complaints from some iPhone 13 customers on Twitter that their orders were canceled without warning despite successful payment and order confirmation on Flipkart, the online retailer issued a statement.
The Apple iPhone 13 has been in high demand from customers at Amazon and competitor Flipkart. The premium iPhone 13 will sell for around Rs 50,000 throughout the festival season.
The customer’s feedback on the cancellation of their order
Twitter complaint from a disgruntled customer: “I reserved an iPhone 13 during the A Big Billion Day Sale and was excited for its arrival. Without giving a reason, the seller/Flipkart has “cancelled” the order for the product.
Another iPhone 13 buyer said: “This order shipped yesterday and was scheduled for delivery today. canceled without my permission at the last minute”.

Some customers complained that they hadn’t received the goods, while others complained that their refunds were taking longer than normal to be processed.
Flipkart Clarification on iPhone13 Orders In response to these allegations, they said that “a tiny percentage of orders (less than 3% of total purchases) have been canceled by sellers due to irregularities.” According to a company representative, “As a customer-centric e-commerce marketplace, we encourage sellers to prioritize customers’ orders and keep them satisfied with their service.”
It states that “retailers have successfully delivered 70% of all iPhone orders placed in different cities.”
The company has shipped Rs 7.7 billion worth of equipment
This holiday season, smartphone brands are expected to ship around Rs. Devices worth 7.7 billion, up slightly from last year’s shipments, although overall volume is expected to be down 7% year over year.
The new iPhone 14 and 14 Pro series has been unveiled by electronics giant Apple. The company has discontinued the previous iPhone models including iPhone 11, 12, Mini, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max after the launch of the new series.
