Kanye West seems ready to legally settle his divorce from estranged wife Kim Kardashian after hiring one of Hollywood’s most influential lawyers.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the “Donda” rapper filed a “disclosure statement,” which is typically filed when a divorce case is nearing resolution.
The documents also reveal that the 45-year-old submitted all of his financial information to the reality star.
While the former couple have reached an agreement on how to divide their multi-billion dollar empire, there’s no indication they’ll be splitting custody of their four children – North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 – have agreed. what could be an uphill battle for Kardashian.

Though West said he and Kardashian, who filed for divorce from the rapper in 2021, were better off “co-parenting,” he told Tucker Carlson earlier this month that he wasn’t willing to “compromise” when it came to the education of his children.
“Right now we’ve come to a compromise — but I’m not done because I don’t compromise — but we’ve come to a compromise that my kids come to my school after school and learn choir,” he told Carlson .

The “Donda” rapper and the reality star have been at odds for months over where to send their kids to school, with the rapper suggesting an “idea” that they should split time between her private school and his Donda Academy.

However, Kardashian was reluctant to send her children to West’s mystery school, which has yet to be accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
The Skims founder currently has custody of his children “80 per cent” of the time and has reportedly cut all communication with West amid his social media tirades.
Sources exclusively told Page Six that the beauty guru is refusing to discuss her children’s schedules with West without her assistant.

“There hasn’t been any communication for several weeks and all communication regarding the kids’ schedules is now being coordinated by assistants,” a source told Us.
Though Kardashian is “very upset” by Yes’s behavior, the reality star knows “everyone is seeing for themselves now” which was the “catalyst for the divorce.”
Our insider added that Kardashian “when she realized she couldn’t help someone who didn’t want to be helped anymore, she thought it best to end the marriage.”

Ye’s shocking decision to move forward with his divorce proceedings comes amid weeks of racist and anti-Semitic comments from the “Heartless” rapper.
Earlier this week, West claimed George Floyd died from a “fentanyl” overdose and not from the brute force used by then-Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin.
Since the outlandish claims, Floyd’s family has sued the rapper for $250 million for “undermining and diminishing the struggle of the Floyd family.”

During the same interview, just days after being banned from Instagram and Twitter for similar comments, West made a series of anti-Semitic comments about “the Jewish media.”
In a now-deleted tweet, the rapper wrote in a disturbing post, “I’m a little sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going to my death with 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.”
His social media outbursts come after West made headlines for wearing a “White Lives Matter” t-shirt amid what his close friends are calling his worst “psychiatric episode.”
