Andrew Tate’s lawyer, Tina Glandian, has issued an update on Top G’s detention in Romania.
Glandian recently sat down for an interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News, in which she discussed Andrew and Tristan Tate’s detention in Romania. Glandian explained how prosecutors had requested multiple extensions for investigative purposes, leading to the delay in “Cobra” Tate’s release.
The lawyer added that Romanian authorities could detain the Tate brothers for a period of up to six months without charging them:
“They arrested her [the Tate brothers] In late December and initially it was a 24-hour arrest and then prosecutors made a request for a 30-day extension, which was granted. And last month they requested another 30-day extension, which was granted and most recently extended again through the end of March. And they have up to 180 days to extend that detention without formally charging them with any crimes. So it’s an ongoing criminal investigation, but they’re being arrested.”
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in December on multiple charges including human trafficking.
Andrew Tate responds to rumors he has cancer
Rumors of Andrew Tate with lung cancer are doing the rounds on social media. ‘Top G’ recently shared his page, ending the rumours.
In a Twitter thread, Tate denied having cancer and described himself as one of the most influential faces on earth.
“I don’t have cancer. My lungs contain exactly 0 smoke damage. In fact, I have a lung capacity of 8 liters and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete. There’s nothing on my lung but a scar from an old battle. True warriors are marked both inside and out. As one of the most influential men on the face of the planet, it is important for the good of humanity that I live as long as possible. At my current strength, I estimate that I will survive at least 5000 more years. “I don’t have cancer.
My lungs contain exactly 0 smoke damage.
As a matter of fact,
I have a lung capacity of 8 liters and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete
There’s nothing on my lung but a scar from an old battle.
True warriors are marked inside and out.
As one of the most influential men in the world
It is important for the good of mankind that I live as long as possible
At my current strength, I estimate that I will survive at least another 5000 years
With that in mind, I take my medical care very seriously
I had organized a regular medical check-up in Dubai before imprisonment.
The doctors were very interested in the scar on my lung.
They don’t understand how I survive without treatment.
They don’t know the secrets of Wudan.
But this fight is long over.
Despite being in a prison in Romania, Tate has been very active on social media. ‘Top G’ continues to share encouraging messages with his followers on Twitter and he recently shared some words of encouragement with Jake Paul following ‘The Problem Child”s recent loss to Tommy Fury.
Always winning is not the point of God’s struggles.
The point of God’s fighting is that when you lose, you can show Him the strength of your heart
