Highlights of the Quarter
Net sales showed growth of 23.2% in Q4 22 compared to Q4 21. In 2022, the growth was 42.3%. The increase in net sales in the trading segment was 46.3% in Q4 22 and 81.9% in 2022. The trading segment already accounts for 68% of the group’s net sales. Acquired businesses continue to post strong growth 2.3pp vs 3Q22 +9.1pp vs 4Q21 Net income of R$18.9M (R$30.3M in 2022) Recurring e-commerce customer base ( Tray, Bagy, Dooca and Bling) continued to show steady growth in 4Q22, reaching 162.0k subscriptions We maintained the pace of new customer acquisition in the retail segment for the sixth consecutive quarter. The ecosystem generated a GMV of R$143 billion
