Pixel Dash Studios’ Road Redemption is now available for mobile pre-order, bringing motorcycle battles to Android and iOS devices.
The developer of the chaotic motorcycle racing game Road Redemption, Pixel Dash Studios, has announced that it is available for pre-order Android and iOS mobile devices.
Road Redemption, which has already had releases for PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, will soon be coming to mobile devices – dubbed Road Redemption Mobile – with the early stages of the game being free to play.
Similar to the original Road Redemption, mobile players can look forward to the game’s standard two-wheeler combat, with opponents launching attacks with a variety of weapons, kicks, and punches.
Anyone craving retro-inspired Road Rash thrills will be instantly familiar with Road Redemption Mobile’s game mechanics, with simplified combat and racing combined into one fun package. The title therefore seems like an idea suitable for short gaming sessions, ideal given the limited lifespan of the original.
Pixel Dash Studios has confirmed that the mobile version will feature a single-player campaign mode with upgradable skill trees for player characters, weapons, and bikes.
With proposed touchscreen controls, it remains to be seen whether Road Redemption Mobile will retain the fun factor of its console version – or indeed all of its content – but the game is free to try for those on the fence. We hope it will surprise us as pleasantly as Wreckfest’s mobile port…

Road Redemption Mobile is available for pre-order on the Apple App Store and Google Play, with a release date to be announced.
