OJ Simpson’s longtime Miami home, where he lived with his two youngest children after his acquittal for the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson was quietly torn down, The Post has learned.
Simpson, 75, bought the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property, which took up more than 4,100 square feet, in 2000 for $575,000 — or nearly $1 million today.
But after his 2008 conviction in an armed robbery involving two Las Vegas sports memorabilia dealers, the home was forced into foreclosure four years later while Simpson served time in prison.
JPMorgan Chase Bank foreclosed on the property in 2012, and it was then purchased by Global Rental E&P, an investment firm, in 2014 for $513,000, according to records from the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser.
The home stood on a fenced 4 acre lot that included a guest house, swimming pool and basketball court.

In the summer of 2022, the property was destroyed and put up for sale for $2.6 million.
The property in Miami’s Killian neighborhood sat on the market for months and eventually reduced to $1.9 million.
But with no offers, the listing was removed last week.
It is likely that a new home will be built on the property before it comes back to the market – or the land will be listed again after interest rates fall.
Surrounded by mature trees, the previous listing notes that the property is ready for a ‘Bespoke Estate’.
“A great opportunity to own one of the largest lots remaining for development in what is now called ‘West Pinecrest,'” adds the listing.
When Simpson bought the house, he announced that it needed a major renovation.
“I’ve lived in some pretty upscale places — this place has a lot of flaws compared to them,” Simpson previously told the Miami Herald. “But the country is great and I’ve already met some of the neighbors.”
Simpson lived in the house with his son Justin and daughter Sydney when they were teenagers.
Both were students at the nearby renowned Gulliver Schools.
It was there that the Heisman Trophy winner lived until his prison sentence in 2008.
