Pakistani Actress Faces Internet’s Wrath For Trolling Indian Team After T20I Loss Against Australia

Australia stunned India on September 20 in the 1st T20I of the three-match series. Aaron Finch and co. effortlessly chased down the 209 target to record a comprehensive win over India. While Indian fans were heartbroken after the team’s humiliating defeat, some Pakistani fans celebrated the result. After the game, Hardik Pandya shared pictures from the game and vowed to recover from the loss. “We will learn. We will improve. A big thank you to all our fans for your support, always,” he tweeted.

Pakistani actress Sehar Shinwari then responded to Hardik’s post and tweeted: “Please lose the game against Pakistan on October 23, you will learn more from it.”

It is worth noting that India and Pakistan are set to face off in the blockbuster T20 World Cup match in Melbourne on October 23.

As expected, Sehar’s comments were not well received by Indian fans. Many social media users reminded them that Pakistan also lost their T20I game to England on the same day.

“Shame on you, you lost to England at home,” wrote an Indian fan.

Another fan highlighted the fact that Pakistani fans watched India vs Australia game even when their own team was playing at the same time. “Wow, you are watching Indian cricket even though Pakistan is playing in your country. This is the mark that India has established in world cricket,” read a comment.

Despite recording 208 mammoth rides on board, the Indian team couldn’t stop the visitors. Australia got off to a great start as Cameron Green hit a dominant 61 from 30 balls. While wickets in the middle overs gave India a chance for a comeback, Matthew Wade’s firepower kept the Australian side running smoothly.

Wade, with 45 of 21 deliveries unbeaten, timed himself across the finish line with 4 wickets in hand. India’s failure to defend 208 heats does not bode well for the team as the T20 World Championship looms.

The competition between India and Australia will now be moved to the VCA Stadium in Nagpur. The second of the three game T20I series takes place on Friday 23rd September.
