Pokemon Scarlet & Violet players are sharing their experiences with incredibly rare Pokemon back to back, amazing the community.
As most Pokemon veterans know, Shiny hunting is one of the community’s most popular pastimes after the mainline games have been out for a few months.
Thanks to the addition of unique Pokemon behaviors in Scarlet & Violet, as well as the overworld encounters, Shiny Hunt is more popular than ever in the community.
As a result, players are finding Shiny Pokémon at an alarming rate, as revealed by a trainer who shared a clip of them finding literally back-to-back Shinies using two different methods.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Trainer shows insane shiny luck
Twitter user and Pokemon fan Pjlukachaeri posted a video of her crazy shiny luck with the caption, “How the hell did that happen?”

The clip shows the trainer initially riding Miraidon to hatch eggs. After hatching a normal Scorbunny Egg, they encounter a Shiny Crabrawler hiding behind a Tera Raid Cave Crystal.

After fighting and catching the Crabrawler, they continue hatching their eggs, only to immediately hatch a Shiny Charmander from the next egg.
The OP explained that they owned the Shiny Charm but also used the Masuda method to hatch Shiny Pokemon. For those who might not know, the Masuda Method is a shiny hunting method that involves hatching an egg from two Pokémon from different regions. These eggs have a higher than normal chance of spawning a Shiny Pokémon.

Even more impressive is that a few weeks earlier, the trainer recovered two back-to-back shinies simply by wandering the open world.
While Shiny Hunting isn’t every Trainer’s favorite way to pass the time in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, it seems the community isn’t short of fun stories surrounding the antics of finding these sparkling monsters.
