RAADR, the anti-bullying app company, releases year-end shareholder letter

PHOENIX, AZ – (NewMediaWire) – December 30, 2022 – RAADR, Inc. (OTC PINK: RDARD)a technology and software development company providing innovative cyber bullying and cyber harassment solutions for social media platforms published its year-end letter to shareholders today. Below is the full and unedited letter.

Dear fellow shareholders:

In the name of the whole RAADR As a team, I would like to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude to you, our shareholders, who believe in us, our business model and, most importantly, our efforts to suppress online bullying and online harassment. We believe the world will be a better place without online bullying as we work diligently to develop and introduce software that bundles certain features in a way that is accessible to one user (“App”) rather than an essential one Tool to detect and fight bullying in all forms of social media.

Although I begin this annual letter in a landscape where social media bullying continues to rise, I have never felt so good about the good in most people and most people’s desire to make the world a better place place to make. While our corporate mission recognizes that we cannot eliminate all social media bullying, we strongly believe that our app will be a front-line tool to identify and address online bullying across all forms of social media to fight .

When we started developing our app in 2021, we knew it was going to be a challenging endeavor. The assessment of the challenge ahead has been underestimated, but as we leave 2022 and start a new year, we know that RAADR is making the world a better place. From the beginning of our development we knew that the app had to work on the 2 most common operating systems (iOS and Android), but it also needs to work on all major social media platforms. At that time, tick tock was not available in the US. With the launch and popularity of TikTok, we needed to integrate a new major social media platform into our app’s architecture to create the most effective anti-bullying behavior tool on all social media platforms. It can be argued that social media and its capabilities are changing faster and more frequently than any other vertical market within the technology sector. After taking over Twitter from Elon Musk, we knew that Twitter could be a very different company in 2023 than it was in 2022. These paradigm shifts in social media platforms have taken a tremendous toll on our company. However since RAADR wanting to be the number one anti-bullying app across all social media platforms, it was important that the changes across social media platforms were incorporated into the latest version of our app. We have experienced the worst pandemic the world has seen in almost 100 years and we believe 2023 will be the year that the RAADR The app becomes synonymous with a safer social media environment for kids.

In the past 6 months we have worked diligently cooperative computing, our new development team, to complete final development and beta testing. We anticipate completion in the next few weeks and will submit the app for inclusion in the Google Play and Apple App Stores shortly thereafter. Cooperative Computing was successfully completed and delivered Technology solutions for some of the world’s largest and most successful companies including Walmart, Home Depot, Audi, Volkswagen, Bank of America and Advanced Auto Parts. The Commitment of Cooperative Computing is one of the most important alliances in the history of our company. The app is designed to easily create next generations as social media keeps changing.

We’re planning an official RAADR App launch event during the week of the NFL 2023 Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona. The company works closely with some major organizations to advance its anti-bullying efforts through its app. The NFL has been very active in creating an anti-bullying message, and many past and present players such as DeSean Jackson, Stephon Gilmore, and Linval Joseph have actively supported the NFL and third parties in their anti-bullying efforts. In addition to our efforts to align with specific organizations’ mission to stop bullying, we have initiated discussions with some organizations that support and actively support anti-bullying campaigns.

In 2022, we introduced our brand ambassadors to our shareholders. These brand ambassadors have been instrumental in using their network to spread the word about our app and its many potential benefits. Although we are a small company, we have world class ambitions and are currently in active discussions with current and former NFL, NBA and UFC greats to support not only our products but also our company mission. These brand ambassadors are an important part of our corporate initiatives and will be instrumental in promoting our products and corporate mission to major organizations nationally. Anti-Bullying is a bipartisan political and business concern and the first discussions RAADR has proven with certain groups that major organizations are willing to support our cause – eradicating bullying, regardless of the source and social media platform.

In 2023, the launch of our app will include an extensive user acquisition campaign that will include corporate sponsorships backed by advertising on social media, satellite radio, traditional radio, television and select print ads. The 2023 campaign will also be a 2ndnd Update to the app and will include numerous features not included in the first version. These features include the ability to monitor your child in the Metaverse, monitor your child’s crypto activity, and monitor your child’s NFT activity. We assume that RAADR will be the only anti-bullying company in the world that can actively monitor your child in the Metaverse

In closing, we wish you a happy, healthy, safe and prosperous New Year. Please note that we are excited about the future of our company! We continue to work tirelessly to increase shareholder value and profitability by building the best anti-bullying app out there and partnering with major organizations that want to be part of the anti-bullying movement! 2023 will be a year of remembrance.

With my warmest regards,

Jacob DiMartino, CEO
