Realme: Realme C55 will launch in India on March 21: Expected price, specifications and more

Realme recently became the first Android brand to adopt Apple’s Dynamic Island feature. The Cupertino-based tech giant rolled out this feature with its latest iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max last year. Chinese smartphone maker Realme has now added a similar feature to the Realme C55 smartphone. The company recently launched this affordable phone in Indonesia. Now Realme has shared a post on Twitter to confirm the launch date of the smartphone in India. According to the tweet, Realme C55 will be launched in India on March 21 at 12:30 p.m.

However, the company has not detailed the pricing or storage options of the Indian version of the smartphone. According to a report by GizmoChina, a tipster named Sudhanshu Ambhore shared live images. The tipster has also revealed details on storage options and pricing of the Indian variant of Realme C55. The company also hasn’t confirmed the specs of the Indian version of the smartphone, which is expected to come with similar specs to the Indonesian version.
Realme C55: Expected price, availability and storage options (Indian variant)
The tipster claims that the Realme C55 smartphone will be available in three different RAM and storage configurations. The base model of the smartphone is expected to pack 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the mid-tier option is likely to offer 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. On the other hand, the top model of the smartphone is said to be equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The base variant of the Realme C55 is expected to cost over 10,000 rupees. Meanwhile, the top model will likely be priced under Rs 20,000. The smartphone is also said to be available on the company’s official website and e-commerce site Flipkart.

The smartphone features a 6.52-inch LCD screen that supports a 90Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution, 180Hz touch sampling rate and 680 cd/m² peak brightness. The display also features a punch-hole cutout for the front camera.
