Locals in Bursa, Turkey, were struck by a huge, distinctively shaped cloud that lit up the sky like a cake on Thursday morning.
Hundreds took to social media to share footage of the unusual pink formation, with their videos quickly going viral around the world.
Many seedy Twitter users responded to clips from the cloud, saying the natural phenomenon bears a striking resemblance to female genitalia.
“A giant vagina!” one perverted expert proclaimed.
“Oh man, I hate my dirty mind. I should stop watching porn.” joked a second seedy social media user.
The online commotion even caught the attention of The Crown actress Gillian Anderson, who also hinted that the cloud looked like a human vagina.
“Well, if that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is (that God is a woman),” said the 54-year-old “First Lady” star a tweet shared with her 965,000 followers.

Others replied to the actress that the cloud looked more like a UFO. Several then joked about Anderson’s most famous role in the sci-fi series The X-Files, in which she played an FBI agent investigating extraterrestrial activity.
“Sure it feels that way [a] missing episode of “The X Files”, wrote a fan humorously.
A second intervened:: “[It’s] a UFO calling for another season!”
However, Turkey’s State Meteorological Service told local media there was no need to involve extraterrestrial investigators, saying it was simply a rare “lenticular cloud”.
According to the organization, lenticular clouds are generally formed by strong wind fluctuations over hills and mountains when the air is stable and humid. They mostly form in winter, but it is possible to see them at other times of the year.

Eyewitnesses said the shape stayed intact for about an hour before disappearing from the sky.
