Spin-Out of Nextech AR’s Spatial Computing Platform, “ARway” is Now Complete

TORONTO – Nextech AR Solutions Corp. (“Nextech” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: NEXCF) (CSE: NTAR) (FSE: N29), Metaverse Company and leading provider of Augmented Reality (“AR”) experience technologies, wayfinding technologies and 3D model services is pleased to announce that the spin-off of ARway Corp., a no-code spatial computing platform for real-world metaverse, is now complete.

ARway began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 using ticker symbol: ARWY. Nextech AR believes ARway to be the first publicly traded pure-play spatial computing company.

Nextech AR has retained an interest of 13 million ARway shares and is paying an additional 4 million shares as a stock dividend pro rata to Nextech shareholders, which are now expected to be settled in brokerage accounts on Friday, October 28th. 2022.

Web Creator Platform

The web-based creator platform offers “advanced” authoring capabilities compared to the mobile app, including the ability for creators to upload their own OBJ/GLB files and create their own 3D objects. Placing content in a large space using only the mobile app required the user to be physically located in the specific location, which was not scalable. The web studio allows the user to place and create content remotely and on a large scale.

With the ARway mobile app, anyone can use their smartphone to spatially map their location in minutes and populate it with interactive 3D content, augmented reality signposts, audio, text, images and more. Nextech AR comes with several preloaded 3D objects that developers can use to populate their metaverse.

ARwayKit SDK

The Software Development Kit contains code libraries and API information that enable developers to create their own white-label and private-label mobile apps on both iOs and Android by using the technology and the builder tools Use ARway to create AR signage and spatial experiences.
