4 Oct: at #1 Wake Forest – 7:00 p.m
8 Oct: vs Liberty – 7pm
• The ‘Phins enter this week’s two games looking first to face the best team in the country in Wake Forest on Tuesday before returning home to face ASUN opponents Liberty on Saturday.
• Jacksonville has only faced the Demon Deacons once, in 1991 when Wake won. Liberty, on the other hand, has played the ‘Phins eight times, most recently in 2021 when JU knocked out the Flames 2-0.
• Last week, freshman goalkeeper Christian Sekanina was named ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week for his role in JU’s 3-0 win over Georgia Southern. The award marks Sekanina’s first-ever honor as a college goaltender.

• The men’s and women’s cross country programs are picking up steam for the first time in almost a month, traveling to Tallahassee for the FSU XC Open.
• Last time at the UNF Invitational, the women’s program finished third while the men’s team placed 12th at the Embry Riddle XC Classic.
• Hayleigh Palotti crossed the finish line first in both races this fall.

• The Dolphins split their two ASUN games in Tennessee this week, falling to Austin Peay on Friday and bouncing back with a five-set win over Lipscomb on Saturday.

• Kariana Ayala-Drew Ranked 13th in the country with 5.24 digs per set, with the Bayamon, Puerto Rico product sitting on the ASUN.
