Uber brings Live Activity feature to iPhone: report

According to a report, Uber and its subsidiary UberEats are now supporting the Live Activity feature on iPhone. According to a report by 9to5Mac, this feature would allow users to track their trips and orders from the lock screen or from the iPhone 14 Pro’s dynamic island.

According to reports, the Live Activity feature for Uber and UberEats was first noticed by a Reddit user. Additionally, a Twitter user has reported that they spotted the feature at Uber, according to a report. With the help of this feature, users can check how their meal delivery or ride is progressing.

However, it is not yet possible to confirm that the feature will be released to all users. According to reports, the feature will be gradually rolled out to all users and they can download the latest versions of it from Apple Store to run the feature.

To enable the Live Activities feature on an iPhone, users need to go to the Settings app, search for UberEats and Uber, and then turn on the Live Activities toggle.
