Mumbai University: Mumbai University released the admissions plan for the 2023-24 academic year for the degree programs on Thursday after the MSBSHSE HSC results were announced. Students can fill out the admission form both online and offline from May 27 to June 12 this year.

Regardless of the degree program and college in the city, it is compulsory for the students to register for pre-enrollment at the University of Mumbai as this registration number then plays an important role in the admissions process of the affiliated colleges of the University of Mumbai. With the start of the admissions process at the University of Mumbai on May 27th, pre-admission enrollment will also be done online.

The internal and minority quota admission takes place at the respective universities. The University of Mumbai’s admission schedule also stipulates that the first list of achievements will be published by June 19 and that students will have until June 27 to confirm their admission. Likewise, the second list of achievements will be published on June 28th and students will have to confirm their admission process by July 5th and the third (final) list of achievements will be announced on July 6th.

Adherence to the timetable is mandatory for all affiliated colleges of Mumbai University.

While most colleges admit students based on HSC grades, some popular colleges administer their own entrance exams. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is also being considered for admission by Mithibai College and NM College this year.

The Xavier’s Entrance Test (XET) is used in the first half of June for admission to the St.
