Before Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded, the developers announced that they plan to nerf the KV Broadside Shotgun and remove Bomb Drones from the Battle Royale.
The excitement for Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded is starting to build ahead of the March 15th update. The midseason update brings a TMNT crossover and the new Tempus Torrent Marksman Rifle.
Despite the arrival of a new weapon, players continue to clamor for major nerfs to Warzone 2’s most broken weapon – the KV Broadside. Luckily, the developers revealed their plans to weaken the overpowered KV Broadside ahead of the Season 2 Reloaded update.
Warzone 2 developers have also spoken out about Bomb Drones ahead of the update, promising to remove them from the game while they figure out how to balance the killstreak.
Ever since the KV Broadside made its way into Warzone 2 at the start of Season 2, players have been talking loudly about the broken shotgun. The KV Broadside immediately rocketed up the ranks and is currently one of the most popular weapons in Warzone 2.
Despite its popularity, players have been begging developers for weeks to nerf the weapon. According to players, the KV Broadside paired with Dragon’s Breath ammo is completely broken in Season 2.
The developers finally broke the silence on March 10th when they confirmed that the KV Broadside will soon receive a nerf: “Season 02 Reloaded will feature several global weapon balances, including a damage reduction for the KV Broadside and Dragon’s Breath shells.”
Players will be happy to hear that the KV Broadside damage will be reduced on March 15, and the positive news didn’t stop there.
The Season 02 Reloaded update will disable the Bomb Drone in #Warzone2 Battle Royale as we explore additional balancing options for this killstreak.
The patch notes with these and other changes will be released on March 15th. released just before the update goes live. Stay tuned.

Another major complaint that players have been vocal about is the overpowered bomb drone killstreak. Warzone 2 players felt that the killstreak was low on counters as attempting to shoot it often resulted in the death of the target player.
It seems that the developers are going to address another big complaint as they revealed that the bomb drone killstreak will be disabled in Warzone 2.
Bomb Drones will be removed with the Season 2 Reloaded update and the devs will “investigate additional balance options for this killstreak.”
We’ll let you know when the Bomb Drone finds its way back to Warzone 2.
