INS raises the issue of Google’s unfair payment to member publications at CCI
The Indian Newspaper Society (INS) has written to its members asking them to provide details of their publication’s advertising revenue share agreement with Google. This information was requested in connection with the allegations INS brought against Google at the Competition Commission of India (CCI) alleging that the internet giant is abusing its dominant position in relation to News Referral Services and Google Ad Tech Services in the Indian Market for Online -News.
