Paige Spiranac is the most followed golfer personality on social media. She has almost four million followers on Instagram, even more than Tiger Woods. However, she’s not the only person in the golf business. She has a few rivals who are quickly making names for themselves. One of those names is Lauren Pacheco.
Pacheco’s Instagram account is growing in popularity as she regularly posts golf videos on Instagram. She currently has 146,000 followers on Instagram.
Pacheco wasn’t always in the social media influencer business. She wanted to pursue acting while growing up and even moved to Los Angeles to do so. Unfortunately, she fell ill during COVID-19, which forced her to stop working.
Initially, she used Instagram for her entertainment. Before the pandemic, she was also responsible for media hosting. However, during the pandemic, it shifted towards golf.
“I find [Instagram following grew most] when I started meeting more girls in the golf community and we met and worked together and shared a day of golf together – or a brand would [reach out to me] and say, ‘I want to pay for your girls’ round, here’s the clothes, wear them, create your content and post it on your social media.'”
Aside from being an experienced golfer, Pacheco is also a healthy lifestyle blogger and has a wellness brand.
Alongside Pacheco, Grace Charis is another 19-year-old influencer who is very popular on Instagram and regularly posts golf-related videos. She has 963,000 followers on Instagram and more than 2.8 million on TikTok.
Paige Spiranac lashes out at Tiger Woods criticsPaige Spiranac came out in support of Tiger Woods over the tampon line
Paige Spiranac recently expressed her support for Tiger Woods after his tampon swap with Justin Thomas at the Genesis Invitational tournament as Woods made his comeback to the PGA Tour after a long absence.
During the first round of play, Woods was seen passing a Tampax tampon to Thomas. She said:
“It’s interesting to see how women are outraged that Tiger slips a tampon to JT after driving him, but those same women will be quick to put me down for deciding to build my business. You can’t choose when you’re a feminist. “

“Rather than women being outraged by tigers and the tampon, I would love it if they actually came up with ideas to help,” Spiranac tweeted. “For example, I would have Tampex partner with the PGA Tour to run a campaign where they offer free women’s products on golf courses. Most don’t actually have them and on long rounds that can be a problem for us.” Rather than women being outraged by Tigers and the tampon, I would love it if they actually came up with ideas to help. The image has generated significant backlash across the internet, with numerous people claiming it is misogynistic. Many people on social media attacked Tiger Woods for his actions. Sky Sports’ Sarah Stirk called it “crass” and childish.
Woods apologized for the incident during a news conference on Friday, saying it was not meant to offend anyone.
“If I offended anyone, that wasn’t the case,” Woods said. “It was just friends having fun and like I said if I offended anyone in any way, shape or form I’m sorry. That was not intentional.”
