Wolters Kluwer cloud-based global expert solution named a global leader in cloud computing

TeamMate+ global expert solutions provide a digital, integrated and analytical approach to internal audit.

Today, Wolters Kluwer Taxes & Accounting announced that its innovative TeamMate+ suite of cloud-based expert audit solutions has been recognized by the Business Intelligence Group recognized as a Global Leader in Cloud Computing and the 2022 Stratus Awards for Cloud Computing in their annual Business Awards program. TeamMate+ was recognized as a global leader in the Software as a Service category. Through these awards Business Intelligence Group wanted to identify the companies, products and people that offer unique solutions and technologies that will continue to lead the industry.

“We are honored to be recognized by the Business Intelligence Group for our part in advancing cloud solutions for the internal audit profession,’ he said Franz Klaasen, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Wolters Kluwer TeamMate. “TeamMate continues to help organizations redefine their risk assessment methodology to ensure they stay ahead of risk while optimizing human resources and maintaining professional standards.”

TeamMate+ supports all phases of audit work, from overarching audit plans that align with company goals to individual project planning that guides day-to-day work. It enhances workflow using request and tracking capabilities to ensure appropriate data is provided and captured within the tool during exam execution. And provides reporting capabilities that enable audit teams to create findings that are appropriate for various audiences, including audit management and stakeholders. In addition, TeamCloud hosting provides a secure and stable environment for accessing a customizable TeamMate environment from the Internet.

Earlier this year, TeamMate received Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization status for the TeamMate+ FedRAMP cloud hosting environment. Obtaining authorization means federal examiners can create, administer, and administer exams while working with the Red and yellow book norms.

“Wolters Kluwer is at the forefront of the cloud and helping drive practical innovation in the cloud,” he said Maria JimenezChief Nominating Officer of Business Intelligence Group. “The cloud is now an integral part of our society and we are thrilled that our volunteer judges have been able to help nurture all of these innovative services, organizations and leaders.”
