ZTE : CMCC and ZTE jointly build Intent Driven Enhanced Mobile User Experience Service

November 10, 2022, Shenzhen, China – ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a leading global provider of information and communication technology solutions, has partnered with CMCC Fujian to launch the industry’s first Intent Driven Enhanced Mobile User Experience Service in Fujian Province, China. This service can meet the business needs of online users anytime, anywhere, and allows users to have high-quality instant experiences on live broadcast, mobile payments and other services.

CMCC Fujian and ZTE innovatively introduced intent-driven technology to the communications industry, deeply integrating intent-driven technology into daily service optimization and assurance, including live broadcast, mobile payment and other key scenarios. Intent-driven technology enables customized services to be achieved without manual intervention, which strengthens service flexibility. Network engineers can easily complete the full process experience assurance for specific services in various complex scenarios by simply entering the natural language according to customer needs, first realizing a new user-centric network service model.

In August 2022, the solution completed the application of Intent Driven Enhanced Mobile User Experience Service at CMCC Fujian. The solution achieved “intent distribution within one minute, millisecond guarantee and fast system feedback of intent assurance effect within three minutes”. It is the first time in the industry that the use of Intent Driven technology is realized. Also, this solution effectively improves user perception and service level, greatly improves network operation efficiency and benefits, thus achieving good economic and social benefits.

In 2022, CMCC Fujian and ZTE fully launched a strategic cooperation in the field of autonomous networks. Intent Driven Enhanced Mobile User Experience Service has been successfully deployed, which is a major breakthrough in mobile intelligence for both parties. Intent-driven technology will further improve the level of network intelligence, achieve contactless service experience assurance, and make complex network service assurance understandable.
